Funktion Koltek Ventil MH
Die Hygienesteckkegelventil Koltek Ventil MH von Alfa Laval wird häufig in der Lebensmittelindustrie eingesetzt werden, wo Standard-Sitzventile nicht einhalten. Die spezifische Konstruktion des Ventils in Verbindung mit der robusten PTFE Stecker macht das Ventil relativ unempfindlich gegenüber Adhäsion. A Koltek Ventil ist als Umschaltventil (Typ Mh53) und wird durch einen Griff oder pneumatischen Antrieb (Typ KH630, KH631, KH632 und KH633) gesteuert wird. Das Ventil ist aus 316L Edelstahl gefertigt und mit EPDM-Dicht ausgestattet. Gegebenenfalls kann das Absperrventil mit Dichtungsmaterial NBR oder FPM vorgesehen sein. Außerdem kann das Ventil mit einem verbesserten Stecker oder einem doppelwandigen Boden in Vorbereitung zum Erhitzen des Ventilkörpers durchgeführt werden.
