Applying the SPX APV Delta CPV

The SPX APV Delta CPV is a constant pressure valve. It is part of the range of pneumatically operated control and pressure valves and is designed to ensure constant product pressure in hygienic and aseptic processes. The principle of this SPX APV constant pressure valve is based on the increase or decrease of the free "flow section". By using a conical valve stem, which is connected to a membrane which will regulate by a counter Waardse-air pressure, the process pressure for the valve (CPV-o) or after the valve (CPV-C). The Delta CPV is provided with a membrane which passed to the product side is made of TFM, and on the other side EPDM.
