Konzept Alfa Laval sanitär Kugelhahn SBV
Alfa Laval sanitär Kugelhahn SBV, ein hygienisches Kugelventil, ist ideal für den Einsatz als Produktventil bei der Verarbeitung in Lebensmittel-. pharmazeutischen und chemischen Industrieanlagen. Durch ihre Konstruktion mit Vollbohrungen ohne Durchflussbeschränkungen ist die SBV-Produktreihe optimal für viskose oder Partikel enthaltende Flüssigkeiten.
Funktionsprinzip
Eine präzisionsgefertige Kugel mit einer Bohrung befindet sich im Ventilgehäuse zwischen zwei Flanschen und zwei PTFE-Ventilsitzen. Eine 90°-Drehung der Ventilstange wird auf die Kugel übertragen; dadurch öffnet oder schließt sich das Ventil. Durch die spezielle PTFE-Güteklasse wird eine lange Nutzungsdauer der produktberührten Dichtungen sichergestellt. Ein vorgespanntes Federpaket und die selbst nachstellenden Dichtringe dichten die Ventilstange zuverlässig ab. SBV wird durch einen pneumatischen Stellantrieb oder manuell über einen Griff mit einstellbaren Positionen betrieben. Das Ventil wirdmit Schrauben montiert, was Inspektion und Wartung erleichtert.
Standardausführung
Der Standardstellantrieb zeigt Positionen über induktive Näherungsschalter an. Der Stellantrieb ist wartungsfrei. Zwei
Inspektionsöffnungen in der Haube, die Ventilgehäuse und Stellantrieb verbindet, erleichtern die Prüfung der Abdichtung der Stange. Stellantriebe werden als NC (federschließend) geliefert und können leicht zu NO (federöffnend) umgerüstet werden.
