Applying the SPX APV Delta DKR
The SPX APV Delta DKR ball valve is a shut-off valve provided with two valve seats and a drainage cavity for detecting a leaking seat inside the ball valve. A valve is fully EHEDG tested and all the materials are made of FDA certified material. The leak chamber has even to be sterilized with steam. Therefore the DKR has a full bore and is suitable for pigging systems. The DKR can be supplied as:
- DKRT Ball valve: Tank Outlet
- DKRH ball valve: High compression for example butter or mayonnaise
- Piggable to combine with a product recovery system (Pigging)
The valve is provided with a maintenance free pneumatic actuator and may be provided with an APV Control Unit.
