Konzept Alfa Laval CPM Konstant Druckventil
Alfa Laval CPM Serie besteht aus CPMI-2, CPMI-D60 und CPMO-2 und sind hygienische Konstantdruckventile. CPMI-2 und CPMI-D60 (Constant-Pressure Modulating Inlet) bewahren in der Prozessleitung einen konstanten Druck an der Einlaufseite des Ventils. Typische Anwendungen sind neben Separatoren und Wärmetauschern auch Überlaufventile. CPMO-2 (Constant-Pressure Modulating Outlet) bewahrt in der Prozessleitung einen konstanten Druck an der Auslaufseite des Ventils. Typische

Funktionsprinzip
Die Alfa Laval CPM Konstant Druckventil werden mittels Druckluft fernbetätigt. Ein Membran-/Ventilkegelsystem reagiert sofort auf jede Änderung des Produktdrucks und ändert die Stellung, damit der voreingestellte Druck bewahrt wird.
Standardausführung
CPMI-2 und CPMO-2 bestehen aus einem Ventilgehäuse mit Ventilsitz, Deckel, Ventilkegel mit Membraneinheit und einer Klemme. Der Deckel und das Ventilgehäuse sind mittels einer Klemme verbunden. Das Ventilgehäuse und der Sitz sind zusammengeschweißt. Das CPM-I-D60 besteht aus oberem und unterem Ventilgehäuse, Einlassrohr, Deckel, Ventilkegel mit Membraneinheit und Klemmen. Der Deckel und die Ventilgehäuse sind mittels einer Klemme verbunden.
