Application of i-Fitting

The patented Superlok i-Fitting is an improved version of the classic double ferrule coupling. The Superlok i-Fitting is equipped with a built-in visual indicator on each compression fitting. When installing a fitting on the tube, the common mistake of over-tightening or under-tightening the compression nut is often made. This mistake can cause leaks, which have historically led to field issues.
The Superlok design makes it easy to tighten the nut of the tube fitting until the indicator rings of the visual indicator pop off. This marks the point of perfect compression, ensuring the fitting is always installed correctly.
Our Superlok press fittings are interchangeable with all known brands of double ferrule fittings. You will have no trouble integrating them into your system.
