The Alfa Laval LKH Prime UltraPure is a quiet running high purity pump developed specifically for demanding applications within the pharmaceutical industry. It is designed to handle liquids containing entrained air or gas, such as CIP fluids, in a safe and efficient manner. The advanced air screw technology combines high hygienic standards with reliable performance in both process and cleaning duties.

The pump is EHEDG certified and 3-A approved and fully suitable for CIP, SIP and manual cleaning. Applications

The LKH Prime UltraPure pump is intended for high purity pharmaceutical applications, particularly CIP return processes and tank emptying where liquids contain air or gas. The pump can perform both CIP duties and product transfer, eliminating the need for an additional pump.

The air screw is manufactured from a solid bar without weld seams, providing a smooth and pore free surface. Together with the pharmaceutical grade mechanical silicon carbide seal without extractables, this ensures high hygiene levels and reliable operation, even when handling mixtures of air or gas and liquid.
