Reliable and reproducible cleaning is essential in pharmaceutical and other hygienic production environments. SKS offers a carefully selected range of solutions from Alfa Laval Toftejorg, providing assurance in cleaning performance, process control and validation.
The Toftejorg Sani SB is an ultra-hygienic rotating spray ball that delivers more efficient cleaning compared to traditional static spray balls. Thanks to its self-cleaning and self-draining design, the One-Clip system and targeted spray patterns, less cleaning agent is required while hard-to-reach areas, such as the bottom of the tank, are effectively cleaned. Within the Sani range, versions such as SaniMicro, SaniMidget, SaniMagnum and SaniMega are available, suitable for a wide range of tank volumes.
For applications requiring intensive cleaning with full surface coverage, the Toftejorg TJ20G provides powerful 3D cleaning for tanks with volumes of approximately 15 to 150 m³. This EHEDG-approved rotating jet cleaner complies with both European and US standards and is suitable for steam sterilisation. For larger tanks exceeding 100 m³, the Alfa Laval TJ40G is designed to deliver complete cleaning in a short time, reducing cleaning time, energy consumption and the use of cleaning media.
For additional process assurance, cleaning performance can be monitored using the Alfa Laval Rotacheck or Rotacheck Basic. These systems monitor rotation and impact during CIP processes and provide direct feedback on the status of the cleaning cycle.
