Application Bertoli Homogenizer
The Laboratory Bertoli Homogenizers are a result of Bertoli’s experience in technical designing as well as its research and development. These Atomo machines allow the customers to conduct tests with a limited quantity of product or with high viscosity or abrasive features. The outcomes may be extended and applied at continuous improvement of industrial productions.
The Bertoli Atomo 3.0 Homogenizer is suitable to treat products with a viscosity over 20.000 cP, pressure up to 1.500 bar and capacities until 20 l/h. It is the only three-pistons laboratory homogenizer that ensures a perfect scale-up of results from laboratory to industrial productions.
The homogenizers are available in a single and double stage version and could also process viscous products due to its pressuring system for the inlet product tank.

- Direct transmission system with pulleys and belts
