One of the world-leading producers of the pre-insulated tube systems is Jabitherm. We represent Jabitherm within the Benelux and concentrate ourselves especially on the process industry and isolation of cold applications.Jabitherm flexible product is perfectly suitable for these applications. The big advantage of the spiral-wounded tubes of Jabitherm is that it easily can be combined with the traditional isolation.

Pre-insulated tubes of Jabitherm consists of:

Tube: All possible tubes until NW800.
Isolation: PUR isolation options from –60°C until max. 150°C.
Cover: Spiral-wounded tubes available in Aluminium, stainless steel of AluZinc.
Options: Several options, like for example; tracing, leak detection, fix-points, etc.

Jabitherm has got three different options:

Rapid Cool > Perfect isolation to keep your product at the correct temperature with heath influences.
Rapid ESP > Custom made isolation is able create the exact solution for every application.
Firesafe > Isolation building up into three layers of special foam to create the best possible fire safe isolation guarantee.

Purchasing price: We would like to calculate the possible options for you, you will be surprised by the possible advantage.
Costs of energy: Pre-insulation the tubes in the most optimable environment will guarantee a consistent and better isolation. Taking in mind the increasing costs of energy, the return of investment is just a fraction compared to traditional isolation methods.
Costs of maintenance: The solid connection of tube, isolation and cover will provide a system that is extremely resistant to pressure and damage. Next to that the fixing points can be further apart. Most important is that this system is more or less maintenance free.
