Our Sustainability Strategy

Our sustainability strategy and Sustainability Governance Policy is built on three pillars: People, Environment, and Products & Relationships.
We pursue a holistic approach that drives positive change not only within our company but also across the value chain in which we operate.

People

The health and safety of our employees are central to our business. We continuously invest in their professional and personal development. We regularly assess employee engagement and satisfaction to help us build a stronger organisation. By fostering leadership, entrepreneurship, and skills development, we work together to create a motivated and enthusiastic team that forms the foundation of our business.

Our Environment, Health and Safety Policy together with People Management Policy serves as the cornerstone of our approach, providing clear guidelines for promoting a safe workplace, protecting employee health, and managing our natural resources responsibly.

Environment

Every day, we are committed to using our resources as efficiently as possible and to reducing our CO₂ emissions. We do this by opting for renewable energy sources wherever feasible and by optimising both our inbound and outbound transportation in collaboration with our partners, thereby reducing our ecological footprint. In doing so, we contribute to a more sustainable future for generations to come.

Since 2023, we have been tracking our carbon footprint, providing us with direct insights that support targeted actions. We have already made significant reductions in our Scope 1 and 2 emissions by investing in solar panels and by switching to green electricity at locations without solar panels. Additionally, we use energy-efficient LED lighting throughout all our facilities, have installed charging stations for electric vehicles, and operate electric forklift trucks. Furthermore, we have taken steps to make our vehicle fleet more environmentally friendly.

Our goals for the coming years are clearly defined. Thanks to our investments in sustainability, we expect to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by more than 80% by 2030. For Scope 3, we aim to achieve a 25% reduction by 2030.
