Export Account Manager

  • Salary: To be discussed, depending on knowledge and experience,
  • 25 holidays + 13 ADV days,

What will you do?

  • You maintain, develop and expand the international customer portfolio,
  • You identify opportunities in the market and translate them into concrete commercial actions and improvements in export processes,
  • You maintain and strengthen customer relationships, negotiate prices and conditions and visit customers when required,
  • You guide the entire sales process, from quotation to delivery, including follow up of projects and orders,
  • You ensure that export activities comply with laws and regulations, international agreements and export documentation,
  • Solving possible issues or complaints regarding deliveries, quality and invoicing.

What qualities do you bring:

  • You are commercially driven and results oriented, with strong strategic and analytical skills,
  • You work in a structured and solution oriented way, with attention to detail,
  • Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably within international sales,
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English. Additional languages are a strong advantage,
  • You have a passion for working with different cultures and building international customer relationships,
  • Knowledge of relevant export laws and regulations, including Incoterms and documentation requirements.
