What will you do?

  • Proactively maintain and expand our international customer relationships,
  • Identify commercial opportunities by actively listening to customer needs and market signals, and provide suitable solutions,
  • Independently prepare quotations, taking into account specific customer requirements, delivery terms, export regulations and commercial agreements. You manage the entire sales process through to aftersales,
  • Resolve potential issues or complaints regarding deliveries, quality and invoicing,
  • Support international customers in making the right product choices,
  • Actively contribute to improving processes and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What qualities do you bring:

  • You are driven, commercially minded and customer-oriented, with an affinity for technology,
  • You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner,
  • You enjoy solving customer challenges by combining customer requirements, product specifications and market opportunities, while easily switching between systems and information sources to achieve the right product selection,
  • Several years of experience in a similar role,
  • Fluent English is required. You have basic knowledge of Dutch and are demonstrably motivated to further develop this in the short term. Additional languages are a strong advantage,
  • You have a passion for working with different cultures and enjoy building international customer relationships.
