The T-pieces are manufactured from high-quality stainless steel 316L and are available with an internal surface finishing of SF1 or SF4.
SF1 has an internal surface finishing of Ra max. 0.51 µm and is drawn or mechanically polished. This version is suitable for hygienic applications within the pharmaceutical industry.
SF4 has an internal surface finishing of Ra max. 0.38 µm and is ground and subsequently electropolished. This version is used in critical processes where maximum cleanability and minimal product retention are required. The smooth internal surface supports efficient cleaning during CIP and SIP processes and helps prevent cross-contamination.
Within this product group, various versions are available with fixed product codes such as DT-4.1.2-1, DT-4.1.2-2, DT-4.1.2-3, DT-4.1.2-4, DT-4.1.2-5, DT-4.1.2-6, DT-4.1.2-7, DT-4.1.2-8, DT-4.1.2-9, DT-4.1.2-10, DT-4.1.2-11 and DT-4.1.2-13. These codes are linked to specific characteristics such as diameter ratio, connection type and surface finish. This allows you to easily select the correct version for your installation.
The T-pieces are fully compatible with other installation materials for pharmaceutical applications and are suitable for both new construction projects and modifications or extensions of existing piping systems.
