Inoxpa HLR Hygienic Rotary Lobe Pump

The Inoxpa HLR pump is a hygienic rotary lobe pump designed to meet EHEDG specifications, ensuring compliance with the strictest hygienic standards. Operating at low speeds, it gently pumps and minimizes shear, reducing product damage. This pump is ideal for transferring various liquids (from 1 to 1,000,000 cP) and liquids with solid particles, such as curd and biological cultures.

The HLR rotary lobe pump features two lobe rotors that rotate inside the casing without touching each other. As the rotors turn, the space between the lobes and the casing fills with the product, which is then driven to the discharge nozzle. The adjusted tolerances ensure a continuous stream and efficient pumping.
