Applying the M&S PharmCom Aseptic Sampling Valve for hygienic industries
Especially for the ultra-hygienic such as farmaceutical and bio process solutions. M&S has developed a hygienic stailess steel PharmCom aseptic sampling valve. Normally the valve is delivered with a manually operated hand wheel, but optionally a pneumatic actuator is possible. This allow you to control the sampling valve by using the air operating principle.
The stainless steel M&S aseptic sampling valve is easy to install by using the integrated welding flange. The flange can be delivered in both DN25 (29mm) as DN50 (54mm).
The drain of the valve has an outside diameter of 13mm for the oulet of your product inside the storrage. Trough the penumatically operated steam claining you can steralize the whole insert of the valve with steam.
Due to our relationship and flexability of M&S we can make these valves espacially on request, for example from a drawing or different options.
