A sanitary butterfly valve is an easy way to create an open/close function.

The possibility to regulate the flow is also possible with the use of a butterfly valve. By using a positioner the flow in your tubes can be determined. Hygienic butterfly valves can be supplied with various manual controls, air motors and control units. By applying a control unit onto a butterfly valve it can send signals to the PLC in order to manage the system. Besides a control unit an approach unit can be used to check the valve position.
