The KEOFITT Sesame sampling valve optimizes CIP and SIP, eliminates dead space and is suitable for low to medium viscosity applications in breweries, dairy, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

Classic

The coaxial steam sterilizable design with separate inlet for SIP and CIP from KEOFITT® is the leading choice for hygienic sampling, revolutionary in sterile sampling with over 150,000 daily applications worldwide.

4 KAI, W9, INGOLD, W15 or W25.

Single-port

Finally, an EHEDG-certified, hygienic sampling valve with various connections and operating options, matching the KEOFITT® concept for CIP processes. The ideal choice for simple CIP sampling. Choose from: BASIX or W9 Singleport.

Micro port

The KEOFITT MICRO PORT is a resealable rubber septum for safe sampling with injection needles or syringes for products up to 50 cP viscosity, easy to use and maintain.

Parts & accessoiries

The KEOFITT STEAM BOILER provides portable steam for sterilizing sampling valves, requiring only water and gas. The KEOFITT RECIRCULATOR enables chemical cleaning/disinfection for various KEOFITT sampling valves and bags.

Carlsberg flask

The Carlsberg Flask Vessel System (CF) is a 25-litre stainless steel system for sterile yeast culture propagation and transfer, essential for contamination-free development in breweries, yoghurt production, biotech and pharmaceutical sectors.
