KEOFITT Single-Port sampling valves provide a simple, hygienic, and reliable solution for liquid sampling in process industries. BASIX SINGLEPORT

The KEOFITT® BASIX™ Sampling Valve is a hygienic, CIP-compatible sampling solution designed for routine process sampling in applications where separate sterilization or sanitization media are not required.

Engineered for low-viscosity products up to 100 cP and particles smaller than 1.5 mm, BASIX™ is ideal for sampling products such as water, milk, fruit juice, and perfumes. Available in both manual and pneumatic configurations, each valve is supplied as a complete valve body and valve head assembly, with a choice of Silicone, EPDM, or PTFE membranes to suit specific process requirements.

W9 SINGLEPORT

The KEOFITT® W9™ Single-Port Sampling Valve offers the proven quality and certifications of the W9™ range in a simple, hygienic sampling solution. It is suitable for routine sampling applications and closed sampling systems that are sterilized before installation.

Designed for products up to 1,000 cP and particles up to 3 mm in diameter, the valve is ideal for sampling water, milk, beer, chocolate, and other beverages. A wide range of valve body and valve head options allows easy customization for specific process requirements.
