Inoxpa BMA Magnetic Agitator

The BMA series of magnetic drive agitators offers a highly hygienic solution for dispersion, dissolution, homogenization, and mixing in the pharmaceutical, biotechnological, and food-processing industries. The magnetic coupling ensures that the product remains isolated from the atmosphere, preventing contamination.

When solids or liquids are added to the vortex created by the magnetic agitator, they are immediately drawn to the rotor. The rotor converts the axial movement into radial acceleration, directing the medium from the center of the rotor to the vessel walls. This process ensures thorough and homogeneous mixing of the entire volume. For optimal performance, it is recommended to install the agitator in an eccentric position to minimize vortex formation and eliminate the need for deflectors.
