Inoxpa MCR Counter-rotating Agitator

Designed with hygiene in mind, this agitator is ideal for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food products. It excels in handling complex and fluid agitation processes with extreme behaviors. Suitable for mixing and homogenizing products with medium to high viscosity, it is optimal for those with varying viscosity throughout the process. The variable frequency drive allows for adjustable rotation speeds at different stages.

The scraper anchor aids in temperature homogenization during heat transfer processes. This agitator is particularly effective for heat exchange applications. It features two coaxial shafts connected to geared motors that rotate in opposite directions. The central shaft, equipped with propellers, operates at higher speeds for efficient dispersion and mixing in low-viscosity phases. The outer shaft, with its anchor and scrapers, ensures the product is removed from the tank walls, preventing overheating and promoting faster, more uniform heat transfer. Additionally, it acts as a deflector for the central propellers in low-viscosity conditions.

  • Marine propeller (Type 10),
  • The agitator has a modular design and is fully configurable with different options.
