Micro Weld Fittings (Tee)

A miniature version of the standard weld fitting, more compact and smaller than the larger orbital weld fittings. Micro Fittings have a compact design, making them more suitable for smaller assemblies and more compact placement of components while maintaining the same flow and performance compared to other fittings.

Specifications:

Sizes: 1/8” – 3/4”
Material: 316L, 316L VIM/VAR (Double Melt) (product contact parts)
Surface Finish: Ra ≤ 0.25µm standard passivated, or Ra ≤ 0.13µm electropolished
Custom versions available on request

The fittings are cleaned and packaged under cleanroom conditions. Additionally, they are suitable for processing with orbital welding equipment.

Certificates:
MTR (Mill Test Report) or 3.1 certificate according to EN 10204 (product contact parts)
