Applying the SPX APV Delta SW4

The SPX APV Valve Type Delta SW4 is the successor to the larger sizes of the Delta S2. APV Valve Delta SW4, pneumatically operated air opening/closing spring (by turning the cylinder spring function can be easily changed) in sizes DN25 - DN150 and 1 "- 4". If desired, also manual available. This Single Seat Valve is standard equipped with welding ends, optionally available with various process connections.

The valve can be used as:

  • NC (Normally Closed) Drive feather falling
  • NO (Normally Open) Drive elevating spring

The Delta SW4 has a maintenance-free control head and is equipped with a CU41 Direct Connect Control Unit. The control unit displays the position by LED’s of the tappet. The control unit can be supplied in various versions:

  • Direct Connect
  • Profibus
  • DeviceNet
  • AS-Interface

The Delta SW4 can be used as a valve in the following options:

  • Manual operated
  • Tank Outlet
  • Long stroke verison
  • DPF (with steam room)
  • R4 (with control cone)
