Alfa Laval LKB handbediend
Toepassing Alfa Laval LKB Vlinderklep
De sanitaire vlinderafsluiters van Alfa Laval kenmerken zich door zowel een specifieke afdichting als de relatief compacte luchtmotor. Door middel van deze afdichting kan de afsluiter gebruikt worden voor toepassingen in vol vacuüm condities. De Alfa Laval LKB vlinderklep is leverbaar in:
- Inch maatvoering (type LKB)
- DIN maatvoering (type LKB-2)
- Geflensde uitvoering (type LKB-F)
Alle vlinderafsluiters kunnen optioneel worden voorbereid op montage van zowel M12 als M18 benaderingsschakelaars. Daarnaast kunnen de luchtmotoren worden voorzien van een uitgaande as (type LKLA-T) wat montage van een ThinkTop mogelijk maakt. De afsluiter is verkrijgbaar in zowel RVS 304 als 316L. Daarnaast kan het worden voorzien van MVQ, EPDM, FPM of HNBR afdichtingmateriaal.
Naast deze uitvoeringen heeft Alfa Laval nog twee uitvoeringen voor speciale omstandigheden:
- LKB LP (Low Pressure)
- LKB UP (Ultra Pure)
De namen zeggen het al. De LP versie is een lage druk vlinderklep en dan UP versie is speciaal voor ultra hygiënische toepassingen zoals Bio- en cosmetica industrie. Deze Ultra Pure versie wordt bovendien geleverd met de daarbij horende certificaten en een inwendige ruwheid van 0.5µm DIN/ISO SF1 en 0.38µm of 0.5µm ASME BPE SF4 / SF1.
